Vatzy provides financial, tax and legal services for Nordic ecommerce merchants and growth-oriented companies. We take care of all the boring stuff on behalf of our clients and they can focus on growing their business, and as our operations are expanding, we now want to strengthen our team with a Financial Controller. As a Financial Controller you are responsible for taking care of financial controlling for selected customer companies. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

• – Analyzing and planning of financial performance

• – Controlling and reporting monthly financial figures

• – Financial consultation both locally and globally

– Supporting and instructing client companies in financial management and related processes

We expect you to have:

• – Relevant studies such as Master’s degree, e.g. in accounting, finance

• – At least 5 years of experience in accounting, controlling or auditing

• – Advanced understanding of accounting and reporting

• – Fluency in English, Finnish and/or Swedish

• – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• – Independent, proactive, and enthusiastic work-attitude

• – Good office IT skills

Way of working:

We at Vatzy are located in Helsinki, Stockholm and Vaasa. We support hybrid work, but in order to have good cooperation with other colleagues it would be nice to meet each other in one of our offices on a weekly basis.
